Customer Experience Manager, Lendlease Technology I am a Customer Experience Manager within Lendlease Technology. My role is to ensure that Lendlease and its clients take a human-led design approach when making decisions on technology in the built environment. On Springboard, the two key areas that I chose to focus on, both aligned to Lendlease’s healthy planet and people sustainability imperative, include supporting awareness around mental health in my team, community and beyond, and as part of the Digital team, more deeply exploring the intersection between technology and sustainability in the built environment.
