Executive Assistant, People & Culture

I'm an Executive Assistant in People & Culture, supporting the Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Talent & Diversity, Performance and Learning Teams. I am passionate about all aspects of health and wellness, this includes the health of our plant and the natural environments that we occupy. Personally, I've made changes to become a more sustainably conscious consumer and have connected with a group of like-minded people within my local community (via a community garden) who are just as passionate about reducing their ecological footprint. Conversations about climate change and sustainability provide a great opportunity to create more awareness and spark action in others, although they are not always the easiest conversations to have. I hope to experiment more with having these types of conversations and to get more people talking and making positive changes for future.
