About this Talk
My main takeaway from Springboard is that each individual’s small steps can collectively lead to big results. I found this realisation empowering. A small action can be - having a different conversation to what you normally would, bringing a new perspective onto your project, or trying something new at home.
Springboard really brought home for me that doing nothing on climate change and other sustainability imperatives is not an option, and so I hope that this talk inspires listeners to take action, no matter how small!

Juliette Rossi
I am a Customer Experience Manager within Lendlease Technology. My role is to ensure that Lendlease and its clients take a human-led design approach when making decisions on technology in the built environment. On Springboard, the two key areas that I chose to focus on, both aligned to Lendlease’s healthy planet and people sustainability imperative, include supporting awareness around mental health in my team, community and beyond, and as part of the Digital team, more deeply exploring the intersection between technology and sustainability in the built environment.
